Welcome aboard ChrisMahrLor Heirlines. By booking a reservation, using our website, or receiving services from our Business-Class Mobile Barber Cabin, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations & Minimum Booking Requirements

ChrisMahrLor Heirlines operates primarily by scheduled route and group reservations. A minimum of 5 reservations at one location may be required to confirm a stop.

Reservations are subject to availability, route scheduling, travel distance, and operational approval.

Same-Day Standby

Same-Day Standby seating is limited and offered on a first-cleared, first-served basis. Calling does not guarantee immediate service or availability.

Red-Eye Appointments

After-hours “Red-Eye Appointments” are premium reservations typically scheduled between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM and may include additional service fees.

Red-Eye reservations canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Travel & Route Fees

Reservations outside the day’s scheduled service area or route may be subject to additional travel or location fees.

Arrival & Timing

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their reservation. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, rescheduling, cancellation, or forfeiture of the reservation slot depending on the day’s boarding schedule.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise approved in writing. ChrisMahrLor Heirlines accepts approved electronic payment methods and reserves the right to refuse service for failed or declined payments.

Service Environment

For safety and operational purposes:

• The mobile barber cabin remains stationary during services
• Clients must follow all crew instructions while onboard
• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in denied or terminated service without refund

Health & Safety

Clients receiving grooming, scalp, facial, beard, or razor services acknowledge that individual skin and hair sensitivities may vary. Clients should disclose allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns before services begin.

Website & Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, graphics, wording, service names, and content associated with ChrisMahrLor Heirlines are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ChrisMahrLor Heirlines is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, emergencies, or circumstances outside of our control.

Policy Updates

ChrisMahrLor Heirlines reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
