I’m Joy Johnson, your captain, founder, and visionary behind CML (ChrisMahrlor) HEIRLINES – Business Class Mobile Barber Cabin.

I’m originally from Chicago, Illinois, and I started cutting hair at just 12 years old. Barbering isn’t something I picked up; it’s something I grew up in. With over 18 years as a dominant force in Arizona’s barbering industry, and decades behind the chair, I’ve built, owned, and operated multiple successful barbershops in both Chicago and Arizona. As a Master Barber, my precision, professionalism, and consistency have earned the trust of athletes, entertainers, executives, and everyday people who simply want to look their best.

But barbering has always been more than a profession for me; it’s purpose.

A mobile barbershop has been my dream for years. Not just to cut hair, but to remove limits. To take my craft beyond four walls. To teach the skill of barbering. To mentor the next generation. To expand the culture of excellence wherever the road leads.

Community has always been part of my foundation. I continue to serve the underserved, provide haircuts to those in need, and guide aspiring barbers and entrepreneurs toward ownership and independence. Giving back isn’t something I schedule; it’s who I am.

Now I’m entering a new chapter.

After decades of transforming lives through grooming, boosting confidence, shaping identities, and building relationships, I’m ready to elevate the experience. I want no boundaries on where my skills can go. Across the country and beyond. From Arizona to every city ready for something different.

I’m Zuriat, a licensed cosmetologist specializing in textured hair, with over 12 years of hands-on experience in braids, locs, and silk presses. My work is rooted in intention, care, and a deep understanding that healthy hair is the foundation of every style.

Throughout my journey, I’ve not only serviced clients but educated them—guiding each person to better understand their hair, scalp, and overall maintenance routine. I believe your hair experience should go beyond the chair. It should feel restorative, empowering, and tailored specifically to you.

What sets my approach apart is the balance of luxury and knowledge. Every appointment is designed to be more than just a service—it’s an experience. I prioritize the health, integrity, and long-term growth of your hair.

Faith Johnson is a neuroscience and cognitive science major with over six years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, seniors, and those living with Alzheimer’s. She is passionate about creating inclusive, comfortable environments for both children and adults, ensuring every individual feels respected, understood, and at ease.

She specializes in providing sensory-friendly, personalized support for individuals with ADHD and autism, including the use of stimming tools, quiet spaces, and adaptive approaches. Faith is highly skilled in communicating with nonverbal and nonarticulate individuals, meeting each person where they are while also delivering a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every customer.

A strong advocate for mental health and self-confidence, Faith believes that when you look good, you feel better. She brings this philosophy on board ChrisMahrLor Heirlines  as a “flight attendant,” where she ensures every guest is warmly greeted and thoughtfully accommodated, creating a seamless, relaxing, and elevated experience for all.
